IntegraTect's 7-Year Money Back Guarantee
At IntegraTect, we confidently offer a 7-year money-back guarantee. If an IICRC-certified professional upholstery cleaning company approved by IntegraTect is unable to remove a spot or stain from an item treated with our performance finish, we promise a full refund of the application cost for the treated item.
We stand behind our IntegraTect formula, which is 100% fluorine-free and, unlike fluoro-chemicals, will not flake or wash off. Our protectant adheres to all types of fabrics and fibers, both natural and synthetic, without altering their color or texture. A single application guarantees protection for the lifetime of the fabric.
Additionally, IntegraTect provides sun fade and UV damage resistance for many fabrics, especially silk. Our proprietary protectant is non-toxic, non-allergenic, and safe for people, pets, and plants. It adheres to the strictest VOC standards, including those of California, and contains no harmful fluorochemicals, PTFE, or PFOA resins.
For cleaning guidance, please refer to IntegraTect's website or contact our Customer Service hotline at (888) 827-1055. If cleaning advice is sought from any source other than an IntegraTect cleaning specialist or an IntegraTect-approved certified professional cleaner, our money-back guarantee will be voided.
Please note, fabrics such as silk, linen, or those containing viscose require special care. These "S" coded fabrics require solvent-based cleaners; cleaning them with water will result in ring stains.
While our product is highly effective at removing common household stains, it cannot prevent or reverse damage caused by certain chemical reactions. These reactions, which may result in fiber burning or permanent color alterations, are different from stains and can remain visible even after the stain itself is removed. Examples include water exposure on viscose, chlorine transferred from pool water, or urine from older pets with unusually high pH levels. Such reactions can burn or discolor the fibers, so our guarantee applies only to stain removal and does not cover permanent visual damage caused by these reactions.
Therefore, any damage resulting from a chemical reaction falls outside the scope of our 7-year money-back guarantee. We thank you for your understanding, and for choosing IntegraTect, "Where Luxury Meets Performance."

THE INTEGRATECT RESOLUTION PROTOCOL
-
IntegraTect reviews the incident and provides appropriate first-response instructions.
-
If professional cleaning is required, IntegraTect recommends or approves an appropriately qualified cleaner.
-
If extraction is unsuccessful, IntegraTect reviews the cleaning procedure, textile, stain chemistry, and circumstances directly with the cleaner.
-
At IntegraTect's discretion, another qualified professional may be dispatched at IntegraTect's expense for an additional attempt.
-
For qualifying cases where conventional methods have failed, IntegraTect may obtain a representative textile sample and recreate the problem in our laboratory.
That can involve:
fiber identification
construction evaluation
contaminant identification
pH evaluation
solvent compatibility
dye/colorfastness considerations
controlled extraction trials
development or modification of specialized cleaning chemistry
-
If laboratory testing identifies a safe method of removal, the procedure or custom cleaning formulation is deployed through the appropriate cleaning professional.
-
If the covered stain remains after IntegraTect determines that reasonable remediation efforts have been exhausted, IntegraTect refunds the qualifying application cost.
“WHY I BUILT THE GUARANTEE THIS WAY”
A note from Parker Wright
“We are often asked what our guarantee actually means.
The easy answer would be that if a qualified professional cannot remove a covered stain, we'll refund what you paid us to protect that item.
But I've never believed that was enough.
Imagine that you entrusted us with a $30,000 rug and paid approximately $1,000 to protect it. If something happened and I simply returned your $1,000, I may have technically honored my guarantee—but you would still be left staring at a mark on a $30,000 rug.
I don't consider that success.
In many cases it would actually be less expensive for IntegraTect to issue the refund than to spend the time, additional professional cleaning costs and laboratory resources required to continue pursuing a solution.
We choose to pursue the solution.
If normal cleaning fails, we step in. If I need to speak directly with the cleaner, I will. If another professional needs to be involved, we'll make that decision. And when appropriate, I'll bring the problem into our laboratory, recreate it and determine whether chemistry can provide another answer.
I cannot promise that every form of damage to every textile can be reversed. No responsible material scientist can.
What I can promise is that IntegraTect will not take failure lightly.
Our money-back guarantee is there because we stand behind what we do. But my goal is that you never need to use it.”
