Cleaning Instructions

  • Blot as much as possible with a dry paper towel or white terrycloth. If the stain persists, proceed to Step 2.

  • Please submit an IntegraTect Cleaning Ticket, and a Master Upholstery Cleaner from IntegraTect will reach out shortly. Once you've submitted the ticket, please proceed to Step 3.

  • Please locate the fabric or rug cleaning code, typically found on the furniture's tag or beneath your rug. If no code is available, kindly await instructions from IntegraTect's specialists.

    Fact: Improper cleaning methods can cause more damage to fabrics and rugs than common household stains.

  • Choose your code below.

  • Clean the upholstery fabric or rug with a water based detergent.

    We recommend using a 1 to 100 mixture of Dawn and Water.

    Put a small amount of the solution on a clean white cloth and dab the stain.

  • Clean the upholstery fabric or rug with a water free product, such as dry cleaning solvents. (DANGER: FLAMMABLE)

    We recommend using 91% isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Yes, this does contain water; the alcohol will counteract it. Please do not use anything less than 91%.

    Put a small amount of the solution on a clean white cloth and dab the stain.

  • You may clean the upholstery fabric or rug with either a water based detergent or a dry cleaning solvent; depending on the type of stain.

    Please refer to codes “W” and “S” in the sections above.

  • This upholstery fabric or rug must be professionally cleaned. You should only vacuum and brush it - never use any type of upholstery cleaner on it yourself.

  • For slipcovers and machine washable fabrics, follow the manufactures directions printed on the fabric’s label. IntegraTect will withstand repeated launderings.
